I have Gravity PDF installed on my website, but I can't log in to GravityPDF.com

Only users who have purchased a premium Gravity PDF extension or template have an account on GravityPDF.com. If you are using the free Gravity PDF plugin (and haven't made a purchase) you won't have or need an account.

If you're certain you purchased a product from GravityPDF.com, please contact our support team and we will attempt to locate the account.

How can I create an account?

GravityPDF.com doesn't include a public user registration system. An account is only created when you purchase a product from our store. During the checkout process you are asked for an email address and password to use for the account.

No problem. Enter the email address used during checkout and then follow the prompts to regain access to the account.
