What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases and renewals from our online store¹. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of making a payment.

Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser (the email used during checkout) and requests may take up to 30 days to process.

All billing is done in Australian dollars (AUD) and when a refund is processed your card issuer or PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion from AUD to your local currency.

The exchange rate used for currency conversion fluctuates daily. The amount you receive back in your local currency may differ from the amount you originally paid.
