How do I update my payment method?
It will depend on how you originally paid for the license and if you want to do a like-for-like swap eg. credit card to credit card, or change payment platforms e.g. PayPal to credit card.
Update Credit / Debit Card Payment Method
If you originally paid using a credit or debit card, you can update your card details from the Subscription page in your GravityPDF.com account.
To update the card details:
- Go to the Subscription page in your account
- Find the subscription you want to update
- Select the
Update Payment Methodlink - Enter your new card details and save
Update your PayPal Payment Method
If you originally paid using PayPal and will continue using the same account you will need to update the payment method directly from PayPal.
Switch Payment Platforms or Accounts
If you originally paid with PayPal and want to use a new account, or swap to credit / debit card payments, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and renew your license manually. This will extend your license by 12 months and set up a fresh subscription with your new payment method.
