How do I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your GravityPDF.com account you will need to open a support ticket with the email address linked to your account. Will will then ask you to confirm the action before processing the request.

Australian law requires us to keep a record of all transactions for 5 years, and we are unable to delete transaction data when your account is removed.

It can take up to 30 days for your request to be processed.
