How do I transfer my license and/or account to another user?
Internal Transfer
If you are transferring the license / account to a person in your organization, you can update the email address and payment method (optional) directly in your account.
To complete these steps:
- Go to the Profile page in your GravityPDF.com account
- Update the
Primary Email Address
field and then save the changes - For security, a confirmation is sent to the original email address asking to approve the change. Follow the instructions in the email.
- Refer to these instructions if you need to update the payment method (optional)
- Use the
Request New Password
action on the Profile page to let the new account holder set their own password and access the account.
External Transfer
If you are transferring the license to a person outside your organization you will need to open a support ticket with the email address linked to your GravityPDF.com account. We will then go through a simple authorization process with you and the new account holder before completing the transfer.
